Green Events Source is a full-service resource for green meeting planning, products, education and consulting. We work collaboratively with industry stakeholder groups, thought leaders and environmentally conscious suppliers to promote programs, products and practices that lead to more eco-friendly events and exhibiting.

Deborah Popely, President
Deborah Popely has more than 25 years of experience as an event planner and marketing consultant for corporations, associations, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, arts organizations, government agencies, charitable foundations and many others. For the past five years, she has provided sustainability consulting, procurement guidance and marketing services in the areas of green meetings and events, green cleaning, sustainable food policy and green building design, maintenance and construction. She is editor and publisher of The Green Events Source Book and Green Events & Exhibiting E-News. She is also a frequent speaker, workshop provider and university lecturer on various aspects of green business.
Wayne Childers, Creative Director
Wayne Childers has more than 30 years experience as a marketer, art director and graphic designer, serving major consumer product and
service companies at some of the nation’s leading advertising agencies. He helped develop, design and packageThe Quick &
Easy Guide to Green Cleaning in Schools and The Quick and Easy Guide to School Wellness. He currently works with a diverse list
of clients representing healthcare, retailing, financial services, education and other for-profit and nonprofit business segments.
Jennifer Hadfield, Account Executive
Jennifer Hadfield has more than 15 years experience in convention, trade show and special event planning and management. Her other
capabilities include focus group recruitment and coordination; advertising and e-communication research and placement; publicity coordination
and follow up; list development and direct mail program management.
